Bridges Bali offers a casual fine dining restaurant serving delicacies from Asia and from the West. Bridges, named for its unique location at the end of two suspension bridges, called Campuhan bridges, sits perched over Ubud’s river.
Bridges is a multitude of levels offering elegant yet unpretentious environments. From the street level all the way to the river, Bridges has what it takes to properly welcome guests to Ubud. It is a place “where worlds meet”. Besides being a casual fine dining restaurant serving delicacies from Asia or from the West, Bridges is the only wine bar in Ubud. DIVINE -Bridges’ cellar- is a wine shop offering a wide variety of wines. Bridges also proposes a bistro terrace, coffee and tea parlour and a cocktail lounge by the river. It is a place to enjoy life’s little pleasures.
Bridges’ intention is to offer the best possible culinary experiences in an environment that allows connecting and sharing with the rest of the world. Under the management of Claude Chouinard, the place has been totally redesigned within a nine months period. Since December 9th 2010 Bridges welcomes guests from the world over. It has rapidly become a first class destination in Bali.
With a unique vision in mind, Claude offers an unusual way to imagine ‘bridges’. Since the space is divided into 7 distinctive levels overlooking an everlasting river near the center of Ubud, it is the perfect location for encounters, for relaxing and for some self-indulgence.
